When We Coach

How do you know when you might benefit from a coach? 

Typically, we coach executives at certain points in their journey. Here are some instances in your career that we can help you navigate better. These are just examples. Ultimately we are qualified executive coaches and organizational psychologists so we can coach you with any situations including increasing confidence, executive presence and gravitas, managing and leading bigger teams, managing up, people and office dynamics, old behaviors and patterns, goal setting, career resetting and transition, becoming a senior leader, getting on the executive committee to name a few. And not to forget, navigating unchartered (for you) waters as a woman in a traditionally male dominated field.

We sometimes explore values (yours and theirs), cultural fit, systemic misalignment, covert process in the environment as well as focus on you, your lens on the world, self concept, behaviors, beliefs and paradigms. Why? To make the plan together that will be the one that you can execute successfully.
