This group work is best suited for ERG’s/networks, Committees and Groups who have responsibilities to create cultural and structural change (such as diversity and inclusion) often without real authority such as control, manpower, budget, power to execute, and power to affect systemic culture. Yet, optimal outcomes can occur.

- Type: Career strategies for getting from middle level roles to senior roles
This program is designed for high potential female talent to optimally navigate the current landscape while planning for the next role at their firm by building ‘everyday negotiation’ skills. We discuss ways to build a strategic network of mentors, sponsors, clients and influencers and advance in your career. More details upon request.
