How We Coach
There are countless coaches out there, but our approach is truly distinctive.
All of our coaches are ICF-certified, complemented by additional coaching credentials from esteemed institutions such as Columbia Business School, Harvard and Wharton. Many of our coaches also hold advanced degrees in psychology, ensuring a deep understanding of industrial, organizational, and social psychology, cognitive theory, cognitive behavioral theory, developmental psychology, and positive psychology.
Our motto is “learning is life and life is learning” so we get certified in new methodologies and instruments every year to bring a wider portfolio of tools for you to use on your coaching journey.
This expertise enables us to design the most advanced coaching experiences (for leaders, executives, teams and groups) using frameworks that are not only evidence-based but also tailored to you to bring efficacy and speed to your insights and new actions to take.
Our approach focuses on three key areas:
-
You—The Individual
We begin by exploring your natural behaviors, styles, tendencies, and mental models shaped by your life experiences and personality traits. Understanding these elements is crucial for unlocking your true potential. -
You within Your Environment
Next, we examine how your behaviors interact with your organizational context—what’s influencing how work gets done around you? We help you identify key career enablers and work through any stress behaviors that may be hindering your success. -
Results-Oriented Coaching
We get results by listening deeply and asking you the best questions. Our coaching is grounded in robust models, delivered with empathy, and balanced by candid challenge when necessary. Our goal is to evoke your highest thinking, enabling you to grow, reach your goals, and overcome the challenges you bring to the table. We believe in coaching the whole person, ensuring you have the support to thrive both professionally and personally.
