There are countless coaches out there, but our approach is truly distinctive.

All of our coaches are ICF-certified, complemented by additional coaching credentials from esteemed institutions such as Columbia Business School, Harvard and Wharton. Many of our coaches also hold advanced degrees in psychology, ensuring a deep understanding of industrial, organizational, and social psychology, cognitive theory, cognitive behavioral theory, developmental psychology, and positive psychology.

Our motto is “learning is life and life is learning” so we get certified in new methodologies and instruments every year to bring a wider portfolio of tools for you to use on your coaching journey.

We have adapted this model to include other frameworks from business and other psychological disciplines including industrial, organizational and social psychology, cognitive theory and cognitive behavioral theory, developmental psychology and positive psychology.

There is a science to it all, but the art is equally important and that lies in understanding what the client needs in each moment of the process. We honor the client’s agenda at all times. We allow space for the whole person to come and work out what they want to be and what they want to see happen, while helping our clients to do the deep work that will serve them long after our engagement finishes.

Helping You Get “Unstuck”

Coaching is different to therapy because we do not dissect your past for therapeutic reasons.  We only look back to understand your mental models and self concept to see how this might affect your current situation. This allows us to help you get ‘unstuck’ from any paradigms that no longer have value for you. Then we can truly and less subjectively look at the situation so you can make better choices and test your own assumptions.

The ultimate goal is to help you build serious muscle around having your own strategic insights. This way, you can reflect after the situation on what you would like to do next time, but more importantly we can work on something much cooler⁠—reflecting while you are in the middle of a situation that you know is a bit triggering to old behaviors that you are working to change. You can show up differently in that meeting where you feel not optimal about, therefore “live time” you make the decisions that help you be the most robust, sustainable, successful and happy version of the leader or manager or top executive that you are.
